Client

1. TERMS OF PURCHASE AGREEMENT
By purchasing The Venus Working POMEGRANATE(“Program”) from Demelza Hillier (“Company”), you (“Client” and collectively, the “Parties”) agree to the following terms of this Purchase Agreement (“Agreement)”:

2. THE AGREEMENT. By agreeing to these terms and making the payment, Demelza Hillier (soon to be Rockstar Priestess Ltd.) (The Company) is selling you (the Client) access to The Venus Working (the Program), a six week online course with access to a membership site and a facebook group, and 3 x 60 minute one to one sessions TO BE BOOKED AND COMPLETED within 3 MONTHS of registration. 


3. PAYMENT TERMS AND REFUND POLICY. Client is responsible for full payment of fees for the entire Program, regardless of whether Client completes the Program. No refunds will be issued. Once you sign up for the course you are contractually obliged to fulfil full payment of the course. If during the course you are unable to make a payment, or if your circumstances change and you need to change your payment plan, you need to get in touch with rockstarpriestess@gmail.com immediately to discuss and co-create a solution.


4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY - NO GUARANTEES. Client accepts and agrees that Client is 100% responsible for its progress and results from the Program. Company will help and guide Client; however, participation is the one vital element to the Program’s success that relies solely on Client. Company makes no representations, warranties or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding Client’s performance. Client understands that because of the nature of the program and extent, the results experienced by each client may significantly vary. By signing below, Client acknowledges that there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that Client will reach its goals as a result of participation in the Program and Company’s comments about the outcome are expressions of opinion only.  Company makes no guarantee other than that the Services offered in this Program shall be provided to Client in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.


5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY - LOOK AFTER YOURSELF Because of the nature of this spiritual work, the Client might need additional professional support (for example therapists etc) if deep issues or shadows come up during the Program. Client is responsible for looking after themselves and getting help if they need it. The Company is not responsible for any damage, emotional, physical, spiritual or financial that result from taking the Program. 



6. INDEMNIFICATION. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, agents, employees, and other independent contractors from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of, or relating to, Client’s participation or action(s) under this Agreement. Client agrees to defend against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, lawsuits, and/or judgments arising out of, or relating to, the Client’s participation under this Agreement, unless expressly stated otherwise by Company, in writing

7. NOT A DOCTOR. This is a spiritual training course, and Demelza Hillier is not a not a licensed Medical Doctor, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Master’s in Family and Child Counseling (MFCC), or a Master’s in Social Work (MSW). The client is responsible for their own progress and achievement in this course. The services Client receives are not licensed in this state, nor are they regulated by a governmental body.


8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION. If any disputes arise while taking this program, the Client and the Company will endeavour to resolve the dispute between themselves by good faith. 


9.ACCEPTANCE. This Agreement is deemed signed and accepted by Client and Client’s electronic click to accept the terms of this Agreement and Client’s purchase of the Program.
