Learn dances and mudras to commune and connect with the energies of the Holy Oils and the Myrrophore Priestesses in this 90 minute workshop.
Dance the sacred oils.
Dive into the temple of the Myrrophores and take your love of scent and essential oils a step further in this temple dance workshop devoted to dancing the energy of the holy oils. Learn dances and mudras to connect with the essential oils, honouring and communing with the plant spirit essence as we move, and take them home to integrate them into your spiritual practice.
Learn the dances of Rose, of Sandalwood, of Silver Fir: learn the mudras to embody the energy of Cedarwood, Linden Blossom and Neroli, and the positions to run the power of Spikenard, Patchouli and Jasmine in your body.
In this 90 minute dance class you will learn many mudras and movements to embody and channel the energy of the essential oils, and bring them together in a beautiful temple dance in honour of the sacred oils and the path of the Myrrophore - the myrrh-bearer, the priestess of the oils.

About your Dance Teacher
Demelza Fox is a UK-based dance teacher and performer.
With over 25 years of experience as a bellydancer, a decade of teaching and international performance experience, Demi merges her training in bellydance, Odissi and other sacred dance forms with her devotion as a scent priestess working with the essential oils.
She performs regularly as sacred dancer on the international Glastonbury Goddess Conference stage, and works full time as a priestess.
